Eligibility & Age Verification
Access to the cg111 Platform and all gaming services is strictly limited to individuals who meet each of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

If cg111 discovers or reasonably suspects that a Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out above, cg111 may suspend or close the Account with immediate effect, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and in the case of confirmed underage gambling, void all wagers and return deposits to the payment source where technically feasible.

Account Registration & Security
To access real-money gaming services on cg111, you must create a registered Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. The following requirements and obligations apply to all cg111 Accounts:

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)
cg111 may at any time require you to complete a KYC verification process. This process is a standard requirement for online gaming platforms and serves to protect both Players and the integrity of the Platform. KYC verification may involve submission of one or more of the following documents:
- Government-issued photo identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence)

- Minimum Deposit: ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
- Processing Time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your cg111 Balance within 15 seconds of confirmed payment. Rocket and Upay deposits may take up to 5 minutes.
- Fees: cg111 does not charge any fee for processing deposits. However, your mobile wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which cg111 bears no responsibility.
- Source of Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your cg111 Account are from a legitimate source and that you are the registered owner of the mobile wallet account used to make the deposit.
4.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
- Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the mobile wallet account that was used to make the most recent qualifying deposit on your Account. cg111 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Processing Time: cg111 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Actual receipt of funds in your mobile wallet depends on the processing times of your wallet provider.
- Verification Requirement: cg111 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory verification.
- Bonus Balance: Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only real-money balances and fully wagered bonus funds may be withdrawn.
4.3 Transaction Disputes
If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your Account or a withdrawal has not been received, please contact cg111 support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number, the mobile wallet number used, the transaction amount in ৳, and the date and approximate time of the transaction. cg111 will investigate all payment disputes within 5 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time) and communicate the outcome to the Player's registered email or contact number.

- Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Wagering Rules
- All wagers must be placed using available real-money Balance or eligible bonus funds in your cg111 Account. Wagers cannot be placed on credit or against funds not yet credited to your Account.

- In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. cg111 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.
- If a match is abandoned, cancelled, or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the originally scheduled start time, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Accounts.
6.3 Casino Games & Slots
- All casino games and slots on cg111 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game results are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned to the Player's Account. Any partial winnings from an incomplete round will not be paid.

Account Suspension & Closure

- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to providing false registration information, operating duplicate Accounts, or engaging in bonus abuse.
- Confirmed or suspected underage gambling, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity conducted through the Platform.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe following a request from cg111.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player against cg111 transactions without first raising the issue through cg111's internal dispute resolution process.
- Behaviour that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards cg111 staff or other Platform users.
- A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring cg111 to freeze or close the Account.
Where an Account is closed by cg111 due to a material breach of these Terms & Conditions by the Player, any outstanding Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request for non-breach reasons (including voluntary self-exclusion), any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered mobile wallet within 5 business days.
